Refund and Exchange Policy
Once you have made your purchase you will have seven days for a refund. Please note that a 5% administration fee will be deducted from your refund. After this, no refund or exchange will be given. Please understand that we grow our crop knowing that there are a certain number of customers for our products. Your veggie subscription purchase guarantees that you will be receiving a share of the harvest. If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances, please email us at email@example.com to submit a request for a refund. In this case, a refund will be prorated based on the weeks received, plus a 20% administration fee of the price of the plan you purchased.
Please remember that if there is a vegetable variety that you strongly dislike, you may contact our farmer anytime to request a variety swap. The list of our vegetables can be found here.
